Vibely LinkedIn Extractor offers Pro plans (Monthly and Yearly). This policy explains when and how refunds are handled.

2. Subscription Model

• Monthly: $5/month, billed monthly
• Yearly: $50/year, billed annually

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the service, no questions asked.
• Technical issues: If the extension fails to work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at the email provided on our Contact page. Include:

• Your registered email
• Order/transaction ID (from Razorpay confirmation)
• Reason for refund

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Requests made after 7 days from purchase
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Change of mind after using Pro features extensively
