By installing or using the Vibely LinkedIn Extractor Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibely LinkedIn Extractor helps users search and extract LinkedIn profile information based on keywords and filters. The service is provided as-is and is subject to LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms and applicable laws when using extracted data.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Free tier allows up to 10 profiles per search.
• Pro plans (Monthly $5, Yearly $50) allow up to 600 profiles.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refund policy is separate—see Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the extension for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Resell or redistribute extracted data without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the extension or our backend

6. Intellectual Property

The extension, branding, and related materials are owned by Vibely. You receive a limited license to use the service for personal or business use in accordance with these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension. Use at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the extension at any time.
